Product availability is subject to change. As BASIQUE operates limited drops, some products and sizes may sell out quickly.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

4. Placing an Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Cancellations

If you purchase from BASIQUE online, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be in an appropriate condition, taking into account that you are entitled to examine the goods as you would in a shop.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items when exercising the right to cancel.

BASIQUE will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
