Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside of BASIQUE's control, including postal delays, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with any available tracking information.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
